Sales center ｜酒城中心 · 泸州-简璞设计

随着城市的建设与高速发展，地产销售中心以千姿百态的面貌遍布于城市的各个角落。而售楼处的构建，也已经不单单是作为一个销售的场域，我们甚至认为，它是一个城市美学的微起点。直接反映着一座城市对于生活品质、以及建筑空间美学的接受程度。而这一微观的体现，便是一座城市的缩影。

With the construction and rapid development of the city, the real estate sales center is located in every corner of the city. And the construction of the sales office is not only a field of sales, we even think that it is a micro starting point of urban aesthetics. It directly reflects a city's acceptance of life quality and architectural space aesthetics. And this microcosmic embodiment is the epitome of a city.

该项目位于四川省泸州市，一个西南地区的四线地级城市。长久以来，与之类似的城市，地产公司都是靠复制一二线城市的成熟产品，来装点着各自的城市。而这些地产的销售中心，也如同他们的产品一样，毫无逻辑的复制着。于是，我们开始思考，如何用正向的设计逻辑，为该品牌重新树立自己的气质与形象。

The project is located in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, a fourth tier city in Southwest China. For a long time, in similar cities, real estate companies decorate their cities by copying the mature products of the first and second tier cities. And these real estate sales centers, just like their products, are duplicating without logic. Therefore, we began to think about how to use positive design logic to re-establish our temperament and image for the brand.

在确定该地产产品的定位之后。我们决定在这钢筋混凝土的城市里构建出一个崭新的聚居社交网络。这里将兼具起小区业主社交、活动、咖啡等功能需求，进一步让该空间，与实际使用者产生更为密切的关联。

After determining the positioning of the real estate products. We decided to build a new community social network in this reinforced concrete city. It will have the functional requirements of social, events and coffee for the owners of the community, making the space more closely related to the users.

于是，空间开始被重塑，扇形的原建筑空间形态被放射性的线条和一个个的盒子重新分割。每个功能空间被重组后，既独立又相互关联，这有效的从视觉层面减弱了原扇形结构的关系，空间显得更加的方正，动线也逐渐清晰。而且这种效果并非来自于大面积的装饰，或是繁复的装置饰品的堆砌。它与建筑本身融为了一体，这是一种力量的表达，内在的建筑力量关系。建筑相态的美成为了该空间的主体。

As a result, the space began to be reshaped, and the original fan-shaped architectural space was re divided by radioactive lines and boxes. After each functional space is reorganized, it is independent and interrelated, which effectively weakens the relationship between the original fan-shaped structure from the visual level. The space appears more square and the flow is gradually clear. And this kind of effect does not come from the large area of decoration, or the complex installation of ornaments. It integrates with the architecture itself, which is an expression of power and an internal relationship of architectural power. The beauty of architectural form is the core of the space.

在装饰饰面的材质表达上，我们也尽可能的回归到建筑层面去思考，没有必要的装饰统统都被摈弃。质感也回归到了最为基础的材质关系。大面积的白色质感漆、水泥、原木木作成为了空间的主要组成部分。地面的石材也尽可能褪去浮华，与原木地板、水泥自流平一起成为了建筑空间中的一个元素组成。

In terms of material expression of decoration, we also try to return to architecture for thinking, and all unnecessary decorations are discarded. Texture also returns to the most basic material relationship. A large area of white texture paint, cement, solid wood has become the main part of the space. The stone floor also fades away the ostentation, together with the solid wood floor and the cement artesian floor, it has become an element of the architectural space.
