这是一座位于四川省泸州市的滨江城市酒店，也是我们为该品牌设计的第三家酒店了。

该项目也与前两次的物业有所不同，此次设计的物业为一栋纯欧式的独栋小洋楼，曾作为展示空间和办公空间被使用多年，但也因其较为异形的建筑结构关系，长期处于闲置状态；但其所处位置却相当优越，出门不足百米，即是长江江景及林荫步道。于是，如何解决现有难题，凸显其地理景观优势，将成为此次设计的主要内容。

This is a riverside city hotel in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. It is also the third hotel we designed for this brand.

The project is also different from the previous two properties. The property designed in this project is a European-style single-storey building. It has been used for many years as a display space and office space, but because of its special architectural structure, it has been idle for a long time. However, its location is quite superior. The Yangtze River View and the tree-lined footpath are within 100 meters. Therefore, how to solve the existing problems and highlight its geographical landscape advantages will become the main content of this design.

首先要解决的肯定是内建筑结构本身，于是，原建筑空间，被重新分割，一楼因实际使用功能的需求，被分成了三个主要部分——门厅、接待及茶餐厅。门厅作为整层空间的重要枢纽，链接起了左右两边的动线关系，但又使得两个因不同需求而产生的空间互不干扰，一静一动的存在着。

First of all, the internal structure itself must be solved. Therefore, the original building space has been re-divided, and the first floor has been divided into three main parts - the lobby, reception and tea restaurant because of the actual functional requirements.

As an important hub of the whole floor space, the foyer links up the dynamic relationship between the left and right sides, but it also makes the two spaces produced by different needs not interfere with each other, and there is a static and dynamic existence.

而二楼以上的房间也将根据不同的原建筑形态，被重新组合成了不同的房间形式。而该房间最为特色的部分就是利用了天然江景的优势，将部分江景房靠窗的位置设计成了可供远眺的浴缸泡池，适度的地面抬高，也为其观景效果增添了有利的基础条件。也因为原建筑结构异形且狭长的进深关系，房间内部的设计也呈现出多元化、自由化的状态，这无疑是为了营造出酒店度假感所进行的努力。这样的呈现方式也是为了让空间的体验更加的多元化，避免多次入住后的审美疲劳。

The rooms above the second floor are reconstituted into different rooms according to different original architectural forms. The most distinctive part of the room is to use the advantages of natural river view, the window position of some river view rooms is designed to be a bathtub pool for overlooking, moderate ground elevation, but also added favorable basic conditions for its viewing effect.

Because of the special-shaped and narrow deep relationship of the original building structure, the interior design of the room also presents a state of diversification and liberalization, which is undoubtedly an effort to create a sense of hotel vacation. This way of presentation is also to make the experience of space more diversified and avoid aesthetic fatigue after multiple occupations.

而视觉化的营造，完全是结合其原建筑视觉效果，欧式的洋楼被赋予新的可能，海派文化被提炼了出来。但却不是一味的复古营造，而是结合现代的手法，使得空间感受更为轻松、愉悦。大面积的色彩关系是主要的处理手法，层次的表达也通过色块中的肌理质感、大小对比而进一步明确。而这样的处理，也是在一定程度上降低投入的成本费用。从而达到更为合理的投资收益目标。

The visual construction is entirely combined with the visual effect of the original building, European-style small buildings are given new possibilities, and Shanghai-style culture is refined. It is not a blindly retro construction, but a combination of modern methods, making space feel more relaxed and pleasant.

The large area of color relationship is the main processing method, and the level of expression is further clarified through the texture and size comparison of the color blocks. Such treatment also reduces the cost of investment to a certain extent. In order to achieve a more reasonable investment income target.
