逸和云庭精品酒店

城市精品酒店作为一个城市的酒店主力形态，其姿态究竟该如何呈现？它与城市的关系又该如何界定，而这种界定关乎其品质、入住体验感受、以及来自视觉的反馈。我们甚至认为，其所呈现出来的状态，代表着这一城市的人文与真实生活写照。酒店业主、消费群体的审美与对生活的愿景，也会以其微妙的方式与之交融匹配。故此，我们带着上述的思考，开始了这次城市酒店的设计任务。

Boutique hotel as the main form of urban hotel, how present the gesture? And how to define the relationship of a boutique hotel with a city, moreover the definition would relate to the quality、feeling of living experience、and feedback from visuals. We even thought that the state it presents would represent the urban culture and real life. Aesthetics tasting and wishes of life for the hotel’s owner、customers would be matched in a delicate way. Therefore, with the above thoughts, we started this design task of the boutique hotel.

从城市地理而言，该酒店位于四川省泸州市市区，这是一个被规划为四线的地级城市。可想而知，在这样的城市里，小型酒店业的状态并非乐观，各个酒店所呈现出来的状态也近乎一致的统一，传统守旧的方式，也造成了其毫无体验感可言的实际入住情况。再加之，这类型的酒店在选址上也几乎没有例外的选择用公寓或写字楼的方式来呈现酒店的面貌。这也导致客人在入住的体验感上造成了较大的影响。因为没有独立的门厅或公共接待区域，所以，吧台接待的设置也一并受到了局限。也正因为这个极具代表性的常规问题，我们的设计思路反而得到了一个较为大胆的启发；在这样的建筑形式里，接待空间是否能够另辟蹊径，创造出更为独立的空间个体，从而营造出更为丰富且便利的入住体验氛围。

In terms of the location, the boutique hotel is located in Luzhou City Sichuan Province where is a Four-tier City. So that, in a city like there, the situation of small hotel business is not easy. And the state of every hotel presented was near uniformity. A traditional and old way result in an unpleasant condition of living experience. Moreover, these types of hotels also almost invariably choose the apartment or office building to present the looking of the hotel. So that the feeling of the guest’s living experience would be affected. Cause within the independent hall and public reception area, the setting of reception station also be limited. And it is also because of this highly representative and routine issue, our design thinking was instead inspired by a more daring. In such a building form, can the reception space be created as an abnormal way, and create a more independent space unit, then create a more variety and convenient living experience condition.  

于是，一个空中花园的概念被抛了出来，我们设想，在这个花园里，包含了关于入住办理、休闲等候、茗茶赏花、园中漫步、以及早餐供应等公共功能的配置。并且通过如此的设置之后，能为初到酒店的客人带来一种大隐于市的世外感受，这种感受，对于奔波在外的商旅人士而言，无不是一种人心愉悦的状态，也将为即将办理入住的过程，增添一份好感。所以，我们在法律法规允许的前提下，在可上人屋顶设计了一个大大的花园，并且通过花园的动线，各功能性建筑也得以实现，并且所有的建筑形式也均为半开放式空间，这将满足消防与城监的房屋规范。

So a concept of a hanging garden was born, we imagined, the garden includes communal function such as check-in、leisure waiting area、tea space with green、walking in the garden, and provision of breakfast. And through those above functions, could bring a feeling of a great hermit in the city to the first-time coming guests, this feeling is a pleasant state for business travelers, and would increase a hint of good impression for the upcoming check-in process. Therefore, belong the limit of law and regulations, we designed a big garden which roof could be enjoyed by guests, and through the route of the garden, every function of the building could be realized, moreover all the forms of the building are half-open space which would meet the fire protection rule and housing code for urban building.

再回到房间的设计而言，舒适性跟功能性是第一位需要考虑的内容，所以大面积木质与墙布的成为了室内装饰的主体元素，这不仅提升了空间的品质感，也为入住的舒适性与整洁性保证了条件。同时，我们也通过不同房型的差异设置了不同的功能细节，比如与床头相连的沙发休闲区、独立的客厅、带有庭院景观感受的浴缸泡池等等，都是为了让入住的体验更加的饱满与独特。

Backing to the design of the room, the first considered things is comfort and practicability. So large areas of wood and wallpaper became the main element of interior decoration. It did not only increase the quality of space but also ensure the condition of comfort and cleanliness. Meanwhile, we have also set up different functional details through the different room types, such as a sofa lounge area connected to the bed、 the independent living room、 the bathtub with a yard, etc. All of these were made the living experience fuller and more unique.

我们真的希望，来到逸和云庭的客人，真的会有一种隐于市井间的感受，在繁忙且枯燥的城市空间里，得到些许的抚慰，温暖而自然。

We really hope that the guests who come to YI HE YUN TING HOTEL could have a feeling like a great hermit in the city, in this busy and boring city, could get some comfort、warmth and natural.
